1. Scope and seller

This website is operated under the AirEvo brand by Hangzhou Hangxie Technology Co., Ltd. (“AirEvo”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the policies shown during checkout.

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. Products are intended for lawful personal or business use.

2. Accounts and information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and billing information, keeping account credentials confidential, and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. We may ask for reasonable verification to protect you and the store from fraud.

3. Products and website information

We work to keep descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, availability and care guidance accurate. Screen colors and natural material finishes may vary slightly. If a material error affects your order, contact us and we will offer an appropriate remedy.

Website content is general product information and is not medical, safety-engineering or professional advice. Always follow the product instructions and use the product only for its stated purpose.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for stock, pricing, payment, compliance, sanctions, delivery or fraud-prevention reasons; any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices and available currencies are displayed at checkout. Delivery, tax and other charges that we collect will be shown before you confirm payment. Import duties or local taxes not collected at checkout may be payable to local authorities or the carrier.

Payments are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. We do not receive your full payment-card number. Provider terms and security controls may also apply.

5. Processing and delivery

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout or in your order communication and are estimates unless expressly agreed as a fixed date. Customs, severe weather, carrier disruption or an incomplete address may affect timing.

Risk passes as required by applicable law. If a shipment is late, missing or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photos where relevant. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

6. Returns, refunds and faulty goods

We offer a 90-day return window from delivery for eligible products, subject to the return instructions communicated by support. Products should be returned complete and, unless faulty, in materially unchanged condition. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct address and authorization.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be deducted or paid by the customer where permitted by law. For an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, we will provide a legally appropriate repair, replacement, reduction or refund and cover required return costs. Any mandatory cooling-off period, legal guarantee or other consumer protection in your country takes priority over these Terms.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use the site for lawful shopping and information. You must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, scrape at disruptive scale, interfere with checkout, impersonate another person, misuse reviews, or use the site in violation of law.

Site design, original text, images, graphics and AirEvo identifiers are owned by us or used under license. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted; other reproduction or commercial use requires prior written permission.

8. Our responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. We are responsible for foreseeable loss directly caused by our breach, subject to mandatory law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, business interruption, or failures caused by events reasonably outside our control. Consumer remedies and statutory guarantees remain unaffected.

9. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts and dispute mechanisms with mandatory jurisdiction remain available.

We may update these Terms for operational, legal or service changes. The version in effect when your order is accepted generally governs that order. Material updates will be dated on this page.
